Several volunteering organisations have entered and worked inside the new “temporary” camp. Members of the German organisation “Cadus" with their mission on Lesvos have worked for several weeks as a medical team. Standbyme, among other missing, has repaired the rough electrical installations inside the new camp before winter really arrives. We have donated €5.000 to each of them.

Not math or language in sars-covid-times but …music! We have offered citharas and other instruments needed for music lessons run by „Stand by me“.
